| What a magical, wonderful, blessed night for SG fans on this special evening with George Younce, Ernie Haase and Greater Vision! Ernie performed first with some quality solo singing, then SG's top trio (Greater Vision) gave one of their usual stirring performances, and then George with Ernie and Greater Vision gave a memorable, nostalgic, powerful performance! With three former Cathedrals, it had the feel of an awesome Cathedrals performance. George talked about Glen Payne and had Rodney Griffin sing Glen's parts including Glen's mannerisms in running around on the stage (much to the delight of the audience!). George and Gerald pulled up a couple of stools and reminisced about some of their days with the Cathedrals. George tires easily and has to pace himself before and after the concert, but he still has that amazing "God given" voice and sweet spirit about him! He is still on dialysis, so keep him in your prayers! If you are fortunate enough to be able to attend a concert featuring George, do not pass it up! |
